These terms govern your use of ambitionmedia.com and of the pages Ambition Media sends you to, such as your personal content upload page at app.ambitionmedia.com. Using our websites

You may use our websites only for lawful purposes and only for the reason we gave you access, for example to upload content for a campaign you are working on with us. Upload links are personal: please do not share yours.

Content you upload

By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us. We use it only to obtain our client's review and approval and to run the campaign, as set out in your agreement with us.

SMS Terms

Program: Ambition Media campaign updates.

Description: If you opt in, Ambition Media will send you text messages about the campaigns you are working on with us, such as a link to upload your content for review and updates on that review. Team members who opt in receive alerts when draft content arrives or needs attention. Messages to numbers outside the U.S. may be sent by WhatsApp.

How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked box on your upload page (or, for team members, in Text Alerts). Opting in is optional and is not a condition of working with us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or email info@ambitionmedia.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at www.ambitionmedia.com/privacy-policy.
