Ambition Media is an influencer-marketing agency. We work with content creators ("creators") and their agents on promotional campaigns for our clients, such as film studios. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

 

Information we collect

• Contact details — names, email addresses, mobile phone and WhatsApp numbers, and mailing addresses of creators, their agents and agencies, and our clients' contacts.

• Social media details — account handles, audience statistics, and post performance ("insights") that creators share with us.

• Contract and tax information — signed agreements and statements of work, and tax forms such as the W-9.

• Payment details — the information needed to pay creators (for example a PayPal address or bank details).

• Content — draft and published posts creators send us for client review.

• Website visits — basic technical information our website host collects automatically, such as browser type.

 

How we use it

We use this information only to run our campaigns: to contract and pay creators, to send content to our clients for review, to report campaign results, to meet our tax and legal obligations, and to communicate with the people we work with.

 

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about the campaigns you are working on with us — for example, a link to upload your content for review, or an update on that review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

 

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

Who we share information with

• Our clients see the content, campaign results, and creator names and handles needed to review and approve a campaign. They do not receive creators' payment or tax details.

• Service providers that operate our business for us — for example our email provider, electronic signature service, payment processor, and the secure storage where content files are kept. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.

• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

 

How we protect it

Payment details are encrypted. Content files are stored privately and can be viewed only by our staff and the client reviewers we invite to a campaign. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it.

 

How long we keep it

We keep contract, tax and payment records for as long as the law requires, and other information for as long as we are working together and a reasonable time afterwards.

 

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the records we must keep by law. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP.

 

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
